Tendonitis

Hi

Just wondered I haven't had a diagnosis yet but I'm pretty sure is de guervains tendonitis.

My question is should I be doing something to heal it? It seems to be getting worse and a wrong turn of my thumb sends shooting pains down my forearm and wrist and I can feel a click in my thumb.

I've tried ice, ibuprofen gel, a splint but nothing's helping Sad I'm just worried because I work in a job where I lift a lot and hoping it doesn't get so bad I can't lift!

Thanks

By the way I am hoping to get a DR appointment but just wondered if I could do anything in the meantime Smile

Hi i had tendonitis a few months ago the thing that really helped was doing the exercises I found online. It took a couple of weeks though.
