Have any of you had any luck with energy supplements/ can recommend anything else that has helped boost your energy levels?

Only really if everything else is in line. I'd get a dr to check a load of things first. Eg thyroid, vitamin d, b12, iron.

Iron is measured in two ways, hb and ferritin which is your iron stores. Technically, 'normal' is over 70 but many people don't get treated till its way down near 5. I do notice a difference is it's over 70. (But I'm hypothyroid so not sure if it makes a difference). So it's worth asking for print outs. Ideally vitamin levels should be in upper ranges.

Thyroid can be complicated as there can be mild borderline issues; it's worth finding out what the levels were and checking back here.

Agree about getting the basics checked.

Are you relying on sugar and caffeine?

A good supplement if the above is okay is ashgawanda but check it’s okay for you to take it.

Try Vitamin D but please get your thyroid and vitamin d levels checked with a blood test.
You have to specifically ask for these. Definitely check them!
