I’ve always had light very regular periods until recently they’ve been heavy and irregular. The last one was so heavy that I had to call in sick to work. Dr has recommended iron supplements. She’s also referred me for scan.
I was wandering if anyone else had had these symptoms and what the cause turned out to be? I know it can sometimes be a sign of cancer but wandered what else can cause these symptoms? Early menopause maybe?
