I Hate Myself

I pretty much hate everything about myself.

I'm not smart, I'm not pretty.

I hate everything I say and do. Often I'll have conversations with people and I'll be left thinking "why did I say that?"

I haven't done anything to be proud of. I look at my parents and wonder just how disappointed they must be not to have a more normal daughter.

I'm struggling to put it into words. I just don't like me.

I’m sorry you feel this way. Has someone made you feel like this? I can’t imagine you parents are disappointed with you. Have you talked to them about how you feel? Tell us more about yourself. Hobbies/interests? What makes you happy?
