Normal on pill

So recently I’ve started the combined pill and I’m cramping, I’ve been on it for about 2 weeks now. I’ve been cramping for about two days but this would be the time my normal period would come anyway. Is it normal to cramp? I’ve had no bleeding at all. Oh and I’m also breastfeeding still.

Combined pill can affect milk supply if your baby is still young. Don't know about the cramping though
