I’ve always been a tired person. Recently moved jobs and home, new job is a 25 min walk there and back.
I have 8-9 hours sleep a night but find it so hard to get out of bed in the morning. When I get home I am too exhausted to do anything apart from lie on the sofa. I have a desk job, not stressful. On a weekend I sleep for 10 hours a night!
I’ve recently had blood tests for anaemia, thyroid etc and all came back fine. I eat quite healthily.
Any ideas?
