Cure crick in neck ?

I have got a bad crick in my neck for more than a day now and now have bad back pain too. I'm applying heat and have put ibuprofen gel but not doing much. Does anyone know how to get rid of it quick and/or if any practitioners I can try to see today to help? Thank you

Chiropractor will help - they can look at the total alignment of your spine.

Look up local practitioners asap, had a 2-week wait to see my local guy recently (had the same thing, he totally sorted me out).
