Constantly ill after having a child

Anyone else? My DD is 2 and gets the usual coughs and colds and deals with it quite well bless her. I wouldn't say she gets sicker than any other child but my god I am ill all the time now!

I fight one cold or infection off and then a few weeks later it's back again. I'm sure I could eat healthier etc but I'm too exhausted time I get in from work and where I do try and cook from scratch it's not always possible.

Does anyone else find they are always ill and what can you do to boost your immune system?

I felt ill all the time for a couple of years after my second. I think your immune system is knackered cos of lack of sleep dc. I think you eventually get stronger though. Touch wood, I've not been ill for 2 years.

Our 3rd is 9 months and I am constantly run down and catching cold after cold. Our house is always full of germs and viruses with one dc at nursery and the other at school.
