My right nipple is incredibly sore if it's touched. I noticed it last night when DTD and DH skimmed over it and the pain was awful. In the shower this morning it was sore to touch.
I've checked around it and there's no discharge etc.
I don't have periods and I'm on hrt patches. Is it worthwhile trying to see a dr or should I wait to see if it settles?
