I've always had a problem with UTI and severe thrush and yeast infections and with age it's getting worse I'm seeing a uroligist about possible interstitial cystitis .

However I was thinking , could it be the vaginal discharge causing it ?.
I know it's normal to have it but no lie mine is bad I have to change my underwear twice throughout the day ,I get soaked. If I don't change them atleast once they are gross.
And forget going commando...... It trickles down my leg and leaves a wet patch on clothing .. If for some reason I have to go commando i will have to use a tampon :'(.

Also I've never had an sti and I don't have one.

Any suggestions what could be causing this

I don't have any advice about cause and effect but it sounds as if Tena pantliners or pads would improve your life quite a bit.
