Hi. My sister was on the waiting list for over two years. They finally offered her a treatment but the problem is she moved to another country a year ago. Is there any possibility she can still have it done?

She already had one treatment two years ago. This would be her second.

I assume so , she would obviously have to come back for pre op and obviously the operation .
As long as she's still a uk citizen .

Where did she move to ??

I don’t think she can. If she’s been abroad for more than 3 months she is no longer entitled to free nhs non emergency care.
You can check on the government website.

Free NHS treatment requires residency.

You’d have to clarify with the treatment providing hospital but my assumption is that she would be charged for the surgery if she isn’t resident in this country and therefore paying taxes here. Her British nationality would be irrelevant in this scenario.
