I'm so sorry to hear this. Try not to scare yourself too much. I know how frightening it can all be. Sending lots of {{{{HUGS}}}} from Colorado.

You poor thing, its awful when you cannot be there. Are you getting regular updates?

CalebandDylansmummy · 09/05/2007 03:33

Thankyou. I am trying to be rational as things looka bit better now than earleir, but feel so helpless. Dh is in Somerset with his mum as she just had a major op and I am 2 hours away with our 3 boys. Just don't know what to do

BIL said he'll call if there is any change but he also thinks I should try to sleep. BIL is being a star.

Do you have anyone close by that you could call, I know its the middle of the night, but I am sure no one would mind getting to you to lend a bit of support. How soon can you get to your dad?

Sorry to hear this too. As Califrau said, don't look anything up - ou can always find negative information. Once you know more about his condition, there is a lot of useful information on the British Hear Foundation's website.

CalebandDylansmummy · 09/05/2007 03:46

Califrau, thankyou, it is helpful to hear positive outcomes. I am resisting google atm.

Singapore, I have lots of friends nearby, but they all have small children so reluctant to call any of them. Dh coming back in the morning
after he gets cover for his mujm, she can't be left alone atm. Then I will go to see dad. I just hope he continues to improve.

Thanks gooseyLoosey

Maybe I should try to sleep a little. Small boys and no sleep isn't the best mix

Good idea - having just seen all the typos in my last post maybe I should go too. Hope everything looks better in the morning.

I know that CalebandDylansmummy managed to get down to him yesterday. Her Dad had an operation but he has been very ill but he seems to have been a little stronger this morning though but not out of the woods yet
