What are these spots?

All of a sudden I seem to have these spots appearing all over my body. They don’t have heads and are small. They started with a couple on my chest but are now all over. What are they?

It looks like it can just be a reaction to something. Have you started using any new lotions or soaps recently? Does it itch?

No don’t itch at all and not changed anything. There seem to be a few more every day

hate to say but they look a bit like bedbug bites
