What could this rash be?

Ok I know I'm never going to get a diagnosis over an Internet forum but hoping that maybe someone will have experienced similar just to give me an idea of possible causes.

Woke up this morning with a red rash on the inside my forearms and over my torso. As the day has gone on it has spread all over my arms, back, bum and thighs. It doesn't hurt or itch. It's not raised or lumpy or dry. My skin just feels as normal I think it might be under the skin if that's possible?? I had a couple of itchy spots last night after my bath which I assumed were heat spots as I sometimes get that if my bath is too hot. I'm now wondering whether it's been some sort of bite that I've took a reaction to. I don't have any pets so can't be fleas. I'm worrying it could be bed bugs? The spots went away quickly though which I wouldn't expect with a bite. I have two children who dont seem to be affected.

Like I say I know no one can diagnose me but just hoping that someone will have another suggestion as I'm paranoid that it ends up being bed bugs. Will see the pharmacist tomorrow. Tbh the rash isn't causing me any bother other than being unattractive but my main concern is that it ends up being something which could be passed on to the children.

Did you find out what it was? My children had scarlet fever a few weeks ago and their rash looked similar

It looks like a heat rash.

Tricksy I did wonder about scarlet fever but I've been well so it can't be that.

Heratnumber7 That's what I ended up putting it down to. It disappeared but my skin feels dry and itchy. My ankles are red and they itch like mad. It's also all over the bottom third of my fingers.

I developed dermatitis at this exact same time last year when I was pregnant. I'm not sure whether it could be this again it's nowhere near what I was like last year my skin was cracked and red raw but the itching over my body feels similar.
