Can you talk to me about your first post partum period? My daughter is 12 weeks and ebf so it would be very soon. But today I've suddenly developed a fever and malaise and have strong pelvic pain. Feel like period would be best case scenario as I don't think I could cope with flu or mastitis, or a pelvic infection. But it doesn't sound like a period, does it? Do they sometimes come back with a vengeance?
