Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone could help me please. My daughter is verging on puberty and so teary.

The doctor won't give her anything and and all suplements (B6, Starflower etc) are all for over 12's and she's only just turned 11.

Any suggestions?

She has a very nutritious and well balanced diet. What else can I do?

Thanks.

Girlie film, chocolate and a good cry? My DDs are 14 & 11 and their cycles have synchronised. Sometime you just have to ride the wave! I’d be happy giving my 11 year old those supplements, but to be honest she’s bigger than my 14 year old - so tend to take such age guidelines quite flexibly. Good luck!

Aww good idea!

I know what you're saying but she's nowhere near the recommended weight-she's a skinny one!
