Throb in right side

When I was pregnant I developed a throb in my right side, once I got bigger the baby loved being there and always kicked there so I put the pain down to this. Six months on from giving birth, the

...pain has returned and usually throbs in the morning and eases as I move throughout the day.

The doctor thinks it could be gallstones- I have no other symptoms as in no strange coloured wee etc- no sickness, just this throbbing that eases but sometimes starts up in the day.

Did anyone else have this and it be gallstones? Feeling pretty concerned about the potential operation whilst having a young baby.
