So what exercise is safe with prolapses?

I have two prolapses (uterus and bladder) and have had physio and a gynae opinion. Basically nothing to be done, do my pelvic floor exercises but it's the fascia that are damaged and they can't be repaired.

I used to run for exercise as it was convenient and cheap however I know it's bad for the pelvic floor. I know swimming is safe but it's a faff and I can't get motivated. It would be 25 mins walk to the pool then getting changed etc. Plus it damages my hair and skin. Running was fab as I just had to step out my front door.

Is there anything I can do that is that convenient?
