Scabies rash? (Pic)

My daughter had a rash of small red dots on both her shins over the past week, no where else. Intensely itchy. Ive now developed the same on my feet and lower legs. We don’t have eczema so I’m wondering if it may be scabies?

It could be scabies... my son had scabies years ago and his looked like this. If you looked closely, you could see tiny lines between some of the spots. The Dr said that was 'tunneling'. Bloody nightmare to get rid of. Best get yourselves to the doctors. Good luck x
