For the past few months my shin bones (mainly the left one) have been hurting. It's been getting worse lately, especially at night time. It wasn't caused by exercising or over exertion, I did think that maybe wearing Ugg boots during late autumn could have caused it but I've bought good support boots since and it's getting worse.
If I run my fingers up my shins the bones are very lumpy and bumpy but they might have been before...I never felt the need to check them before now!
Anyone any ideas on what this could be?
