I got a sickness bug from DD and DH last week, and was very sick in the early hours of Wednesday. Fortunately, the vomiting stopped after 'only' several hours, and I haven't had diarrhoea, but I still feel 'off' now.
Today has been the first day I have eaten more than one small meal, and I haven't even fancied a cuppa until now.
My stomach just feels tender and I feel very slightly nauseous and like I have constant indigestion.
I've managed to avoid sickness bugs so far, so have no experience - is this normal? Is there anything I can do to make myself feel better? I have been drinking plenty of water, the occasional weak squash, a small glass of flat coke, and have tried Dioralyte (blackcurrant) which is ruddy vile.
