Could this be LADA diabetes?

I've been struggling with repeated thrush both oral and vaginal. Over the last few months it has been particularly bad. Have been to GP, had it confirmed as thrush. Since just before Christmas have had several one off treatments with fluconazole, and since last month have been on a high initial fluconazole dose, then a weekly 150mg. Have seen no improvement, particularly the oral one.
I weighed myself a couple of days ago and was shocked to realise that I have lost 4,5kg since the start of January. I'm petite and slim build so that's about 8% of my body weight. I have not been trying to lose weight at all.
This last week I have been feeling pretty tired, especially in the afternoons. I work full time in a sedentary job, but exercise regularly. I drink about 3 litres of water a day and still feel like I have a dry mouth.
I'm early 50s, no family history of diabetes. I've got a GP appointment booked for the end of next week.
