I had my last smear at age 48. I don't like them and thought as I'm over 50, I'll get called again when I'm 53 as over 50s get them every 5 years. They called me at 51. Regardless of whether I should go or not, what age should I have been called again? 51 (3 year) or 53 (over 50s, 5 yearly check)?
I've been celibate for over 2 decades so think if my ex had passed anything on to me, it would have showed up by now.
