Exercise after LLETZ

The leaflet I was given just says to avoid strenuous exercise until the bleeding stops. I dont have any bleeding and am not sure whats classes as strenuous. Assuming this continues (its only been about 10 hours so maybe its delayed?) does that mean I can exercise as normal? I normally run 3-5 times a week, and gym (heavy compound lifts) 3x a week. The leaflet says it will take 4+ weeks to heal so I am thinking I would stick to lighter weights in the gym for a few weeks as they require more core and pelvic engagement. Im into endurance running so I am doing long but low intensity training for that. Anyone have any experience or know if its okay to be exercising in the absence of bleeding? I have a race coming up that I could do without becoming unconditioned for and stopping exercise tends to trigger my binge episodes :(

Aw I feel you
I had no bleeding
I’m sure some light exercise will be fine just start off with light exercise in a week and see how you go
