Red itchy patches on legs.

In the past month I've developed some red dry skin patches on the inside of my calf , biggest one is about 10p size.

At first I thought it was eczema (I'm not prone to that though), as it was very itchy, dry & pink.

My youngest had a drs appt for his eczema and I mentioned I thought I'd started to develop it on my legs , the dr asked for a quick look & said she thought it looked more like a fungal infection, & told me to get some caneston cream to apply.

Fast forward another week or so, and the cream doesn't seem to be helping. Its taking away the itch a bit but it's still looking sore & red.

Anyone had similar?
I'm wondering if I've caused it by always wearing leggings / tights so getting sweaty legs?

Worth noting aswell I also have a fungal infection on my toes - can this spread?

Would a pharmacy be able to give advice on this sort of thing? Or should I book another GP appointment.

I would seek another GP appointment with a view to see a dermatologist.

Looks exactly like my psoriasis I also only get it on my calf's, and back of the arms in patches, I developed it's 3 months after my first child, obviously I'm not diagnosing you but that does look really very similar.
Definitely take a trip to the doctor to get a proper diagnosis.
