I had cryotherapy on my cervix four weeks ago and my period was due two weeks ago but it’s never come, I’ve had cramps a week ago, sore breasts etc all the symptoms of it starting but nothing happened, could it be a reaction to the cryotherapy? It was pretty traumatic and painful and happened to be on the day I was due to ovulate so maybe my body reacted by not ovulating at all this month?
My periods have been pretty irregular for a couple of years so it’s not the first time I’ve skipped a period (once went four months with nothing and dr couldn’t figure out why) I guess I’m just paranoid that when they burned my cervix they somehow sealed it up, which I know is ridiculous!
Due to the reasons I needed the cryotherapy and other ongoing problems around the same area dh and I have been on a complete sex ban for months so I’m definitely not pregnant unless it’s the second coming!
Has anyone had cryotherapy and had similar?
