Nausea during period??

Anyone?? I feel sick as a dog. Period started this morning.

With pain or overheating (flushing) or cramps?

Yup, about two days before it starts and a couple of days into my period too. I’m assuming it’s due to a hormone surge, but happy to be corrected by those more knowledgeable than me!
