Think I just found a lump

I think I've just found a small lump in my left breast and I feel sick.

I can only feel it when laid on my right side with my left arm in the air, it's right near my armpit. It's only tiny, my partner said he could feel it slightly too.

I'll make sure I go to the doctors tomorrow but I can't sleep now with anxiety. I know it's probably nothing but you always think the worse don't you.

Yes its probably nothing but that doesn't stop the fear kicking in - mine was nothing (both times) - hope you get an answer soon. My one in the armpit was a swollen lymph so might just be that - good luck!
