Dry areolas

Hello I’ve previously started a thread about this however there have been some changes. Initially I had slightly dry skin on both areolas and they itched from time to time but nothing seeming too concerning. I started moisturising and it helped a lot, basically went away if I moisturised once a day. However, both areolas became clear but now my left one has a small singular patch of very dry skin I noticed about a week ago. Naturally I’m panicked about it as moiusturising doesn’t help as much as it once did and I noticed yesterday another small patch at the bottom of my areola that was slightly red and quite dry and again, moisturiser didn’t help much, it’s also a bit raised and was stinging yesterday. I plan to book a doctors appointment soon but was just wondering if anyone has experienced this before and what came out of it for them. I’m 18 and not pregnant

I got eczema on my boobs post baby. Had to try a couple of different creams, including steroid creams from the gp. Regular moisturiser sometimes not enough
