Sorry for the subject matter but I've just been to the toilet and I could see bits of indigested food and it wasn't one of the usual culprits. Should I be concerned? I haven't seen this before.

By usual culprits I mean things like sweet corn....sorry I am very aware that this could put people off their mother's Day celebrations so am trying to be tactful.

Undigested food, just flush and carry on with your day.

Sweet corn is undigestible, it goes right through youGrin

BarryTheKestrel · 11/03/2018 11:47

It happens sometimes. Your body may have worked a bit fast and been unable to digest it before it made its way through.

If it's large bits and happening frequently, chew your food more to make it easier to digest. If it's still happening, speak to your GP.

retirednow- no, no it wasn't sweet corn. Sorry my post was a mess lol. I meant it wasn't one of the usual things like sweet corn it was something else.

Thanks everyone for replies. I won't worry about it then I'll just keep an eye on my future movements Blush to see if it happens again. I'm not normally a worrier about things like this but have had a LOT of health issues recently so when I saw that I immediately thought it must be something bad.
