What do low neutrophils, lymphocytes & monocytes mean?

Hi guys

My blood test result says

Neutrophils 56.3% 1.86 (normal range 2.0 - 7.5)

Lymphocytes 34.7% 1.15 (normal range 1.2 - 3.65)

Monocytes 5.7% 0.19 (normal range 0.2 - 1.0)

Is it anything to worry about or are they near enough normal.

Also my MCV and MCH are marked as low not sure if this is related

MCV 75.3 (normal range 80 - 99)

MCH 25.3 (normal range 27.0 - 33.5)
