This is a random question but could I have this (without) the symptoms such as runny nose/temperature?

I've got constant forehead pain/tender eye socket at the top....

Possibly. I think one of the telling signs is orange coloured nasal discharge which I had. The facial pain of sinusitis will have you banging on your doctors door. Hope you feel better soon.
