Place marking. I need to start taking some and I'm wondering what others have found effective. My irons a bit low, energy levels not at their best and I'm catching every bug/ virus that's going round.

I take q10 which was recommended for chronic fatigue, magnesium, b12 drops that go under tongue (I also have 12 weekly b12 jabs due to deficiency) folic acid tabs to enable the b12 drops and 5htp which is meant to help sleep patterns.

Alternate days:

Day 1 - Magnesium and a multivitamin

Day 2 - Extra strong B12 - 5000mcg (due to being deficient) and Zinc

Day 3 Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2

All taken separately to avoid absorption.

I take a daily dose of vitamin D.

I also take Menopace because of my age & I swear it has stopped my hot flushes.

I definitely feel better on both.
