Thinning Hair.....

Feeling a little delicate on this subject, I am 46 soon, and have always had thick hair that I have I suppose not really looked after, cheap shampoos, I have only had it tinted every six weeks so no heavy going bleaching etc. I have though, washed every other day and used a hairdryer and pulled it to straighten it and use the irons.

Anyway, over the last few months have noticed slowly my parting getting bigger, could be mind over matter, but in my eyes it is getting bigger.

Hairdresser said he cant see anything different (but bless him, he is so busy with so many heads in a day) I have just had a blood test and waiting results now.

I am just turning into an anxious wreck thinking I am going to lose it all - I have just bought Plateu and just frantically googling for ideas, so many products and vitamins out there.

So any advice or tried and tested or anyone out there that has had this problem would be good to hear from you.

I had thnning hair too- when I was anaemic- so hopefully your blood test will show if this is a problem for you and you can get treatment.
It has come back (my hair)!
Hope you get sorted
