Sciatica/Chiropractor/Neuro pain help

Hi. My DH is in his early 30s and has had issues with bulged discs causing sciatica. Despite pain relieving injections he suffers from pain every day. He manages by daily stretches/exercises to keep active/ going.

He is considering visiting a Chiropractor/Osteopath to see if this will help cause of his pain. Previous sessions of acupuncture did nothing for him. He isnt convinced that a Chiropractor visit may help.

Another issue is that with years of sciatica he has now developed a whole host of other issues which doctors cannot diagnosis. To me this seems neurological but MRIs of head came back clear.

Fuzzyness out of one eye. Eye test results normal.

Fuzzyness one side of head occasionally.
Severe headaches
Feeling of about to lose consciousness /drop down dead along with nausea.
Tiredness
Tingling down one arm or hand
Muscle aches
Feels cold more

Its the dropping down dead/Fuzzyness that worries us more and makes him worry.

Im wondering if anyone has had success of a Chiropractor and has any ideas of what is causing symptoms. Could repeated agitation of spinal nerve cause a neurological issue?

Much appreciated

For spinal issues I'd go with physio myself (post surgery many years ago) as its gentler. I do daily stretches, etc too but sometimes am still crippled with pain.

Could be migraine? I get them too so the fuzziness and pain fits. Tingling in the arm - trapped nerve? I can only comment on things I have had personally but I'd be looking for more answers here and go back to GP.
