What is this , skin reaction or something else?

Mins ago I had a tingly feeling, almost like slight shocks in my boob, just lifted up top to find this red blotchy pattern (colour is more port stain). What is it?!
When skin is pressed it is still there slightly. Slight feeling from it of pain.

If I were your doctor I'd say "Come back tomorrow if it's still there."

Colour is a lot darker and more pronounced in real life

To me it sounds like a spontaneously burst blood vessel. I get them in my hands and feet and they feel kind of stingy or like someone is twanging you with an elastic band then as the blood builds up under the skin they can be really painful. They usually leave a dark mark which then bruises. I've mentioned them to GPs who have kind of shrugged their shoulders about them so I figure they are nothing to worry about.

Hmm. I've no idea now OP. Could be a reaction to something. Keep an eye on it and if it's still there in a day or two see your GP.

Nothing has changed environmentally but will keep an eye on it
