Back and neck pain

Hi

My wife is suffering enormously with neck and back pain (worsened by pregnancy - our baby is now 1) and after several disappointing experiences in the past with osteopaths, chiropractors, masseurs etc we need to find a practitioner in London who is effective at pain relief. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Try physio? Sorry in Scotland here so can't recommend anyway

Swimming, sorts my back out everytime and strong painkillers. Keeping mobile, improving posture and yoga/ pilates all help.
