Fibromyalgia symptoms

Any fibromyalgia sufferers out there? I'm having a lot of widespread pain and wondered if it could be fibro. What symptoms do you have? x

My main symptoms are:

Pain that affects most of my body but is particularly bad in my neck and back.

Tiredness but not sleepiness. The tiredness is in the body making it difficult to get around

Insomnia which goes with the above

IBS

Heavy irregular periods

Jaw stiff bed and pain

I personally find the tiredness hardest to cope with but the pain can get quite bad. There’s loads of small stuff that are symptoms but get overlooked too like restless legs and tinging in the hands and feet. X

I was diagnosed with ME 11 years ago and more recently fibromyalgia. The main difference for me has been joint and muscle pain and stiffness, very painful to be touched even lightly some days, difficult to get out of bed, odd sensations in my legs and feet.

In the morning I have sore jaws and teeth, sore ribs, pelvis, knees and soles of my feet.

Near constant headaches and migraines.

Always very cold to the point it hurts.

Constant pain in my neck and back of head.

Sensitivity to bright lights and loud noises.

Always tired no matter how much sleep I've had.
