Bladder Issues / MS

Am currently seeing 3 hospitals - gynae issues are being dealt with fine having hysteroscopy/biopsy/fibroid resection?.

Urology I am having fun and games with - seen 4 people and all are giving different diagnosis. They are now on about repeating tests as they can't agree. One is saying its a fistula but my pins and needles / numbness needs further evaluating and could be significant - I presume they mean MS tests? Another thinks a fistula. One says its all stress, one says its all urge. Argh. One says they are willing to have a big argument. I've been testing since September and symptoms for 1.5 years and I have to wfh almost every day because of it. My employers are amazing but its getting ridiculous. I don't know what to do other than switch to private. Urodynamics could only fill bladder to 220ml then constant leakage, closing urethra, bladder emptying fine. Regular utis. Putting a tampon in when no period results in tampon being soaked in yellow urine like substance all over in 10 minutes every time if I have drunk recently. Ultrasound showed enlarged bladder wall but otherwise kidneys and bladder appeared normal. Three exams have said no prolapse, one said extremely mild prolapse but this doesn't match scale of symptoms. Cystoscopy showed no sign of fistula, no tumours or growths so they think it isn't cancer. Two doctors are saying need to do blue dye test, third doctor says they won't do it - it really depends who I get whether they will run this test. I've been told this test picks up small fistulas missed by cystoscopy - is that right? When I move from lying down to seated get a flood. Re the MS I think my pins and needs are nerves but I have constant extreme tirednesss, constant dizziness, blurred vision at times, woke up numb in both arms and back the other day which lasted a few hours, went numb down one side of me for a few hours a couple of months ago, feel unbalanced when walking, woken up with shooting pains, bone ache (though this appears better with Feroglobin), lower back ache past month, constant muscle ache all over. I do think some of this is nerves though. I don't really want tests for MS.

Blood tests only showing mild anaemia and slightly high CE in kidney function, FBC "satisfactory".

Any ideas / help appreciated as I'm really not sure where to go from here.

An initial ms test would likely be a non intrusive MRI but major MS attacks like numbness last for days rather than hours
