Capsules- can you open them and tip out powder inside?

I have just bought hairburst healthy hair capsules but they are huge and I am struggling to take them. Can I open them and just tip out the powder inside? I was thinking of mixing the powder in with some porridge or fruit.. Will I still get results? Is it safe to do this? Thanks x

I think the capsules are designed to only release when in your stomach so they are more effective so don't think you would get the full benefit doing it this way.
