A few people at work have been coughing and sputtering and yesterday I suddenly came down with something that seems to have gone straight to my chest. It's a really dry cough which doesn't produce anything apart from a v occasional small sticky bit of mucus. My back aches from the effort of coughing and i feel as though the inside of the front of my chest is red raw. I've got corvonia dry tickly cough medicine but It's not doing a lot, I need something to really loosen what's down there! Any recommendations please? Thanks.
