Back to the GP with tonsilitis or wait it out?

Woke up with tonsillitis 11 days ago, was immediately given 10 days of antibiotics as I had a raging fever and the most white spots I'd ever seen. These worked really quickly but then since about day 5 I've not got much better. There's no white spots or fever but still one swollen gland that is quite painful at time and noticeable as a lump when I swallow, and is giving me earache now too.

Is it worth a trip back to the GP tomorrow, or wait until Monday?

I would go back before the weekend if you can...you should be feeling better by now

Yeah, go back tomorrow.
It might be that you have a viral infection too or could be bacterial ear infection.get gp to take a look
