what to put on a sore nose...

ds's nose is quite sore been runny all week and despite gently wiping it with those soft tissues with balm in them, its gotten raw

any suggestions on what to put on it? i put some plain vaseline on it last night but its still raw today..

i use either vaseline, so when running it doesnt soak into the skin, if it has already gone red and sore i use savlon cream and that seems to work quite well and quickly? HTH

I use sudocream overnight.

My son's sore nose turned into impetigo which required antibiotic cream from GP. I assume he had come into contact with another child with it without realising.

Just something to bear in mind if it doesn't clear up!!

we did the sudocream while he was asleep last night twice and it was okay by morning..but will no doubt be red again from it being wiped at nursery this morning :I
