Is this just Eczema?

It's quite sore and the spot/ bump thing is really itchy. I don't feel well at the moment but I'm guessing that this is unrelated.
Is it eczema?

It could be a little wart OP, or a small bite or have you been in the garden as it also looks like a nettle sting? Your knuckles are red too. Try a little bit of hydrocortisone cream to see if it calms it and assess it again in the morning.

If it's itchy something could've jumped off the dog and taken a shine to your hand.

Do you think so? Could be I suppose, but she doesn't have fleas or anything like that

My cat did this to me all the time. It could be anything. Don't worry, it may have disappeared by morning.
