Im 38, 5'9" and have just weighed myself and am 9st 5lb. Im fed up with people asking me if I have lost weight, someone just asked me in the supermarket which has led me to buying a box of jam doughnuts, I want to put on weight but worry about what I should eat which is healthy in order to do so. I have never dieted and eat three meals a day, often have cheese and biccys before bed, bananas and tea and biscuits in between. If I do miss meals for some reason or dont eat enough for a few days I do loose really really easily. is there anyone else out there like me.
