Dental Jet Wash Clean, what to expect?

I'm booked in for this next week at the suggestion of my dentist to remove some of the staining on my teeth. I asked her if it hurts (as the normal scale and polish she does, f-ing hurts) and she said no it just feels a bit funny.

I hate the dentist and feeling a little anxious about it, does anyone know what to expect?

I hate the dentist and it's fine, no more discomfort than a scale and polish, probably less. Feels a bit cold and they use the suction thing to get water out your mouth
My tip is to listen to music via headphones and put your hand up to stop if you need a break!
Had v bad dental phobia and have managed whitening and cosmetic bonding now Grin

Oh and also for staining. White glo toothpaste and the brush it comes with. I don't use it all the time as it's quite strong but it gets rid of all my staining
