Was doing a clean clean round the flat before work there at half 3 went and picked up my hairdryer from the floor in front of wardrobe where daughter left it as coming up hit my head (forehead top) off the door handles
My anxiety is kicking in and starting to over worry
Is it just a case of being a bit sore
Don't see any bruises or lumps just this worry taking over again lol

What are you worried about? It's a slight bump on the head. Your skull is there to protect your brain, you would really have to give it a massive bash to cause any issues. As long as you haven't got a headache, dizziness, visual disturbance or confusion then I would think you were ok!

You've had a very minor bump to your head FFS. Get a grip - a massive one.

You obviously need help for your health anxiety though if you can be this ridiculous over something so utterly trivial.

It’s a bump that happens to people every day (child potentially multiple times) you will be fine
