Sinusitis.....again

I never seem to get normal colds, it goes straight to full blown sinusitis. I have it 2 or 3 tines a year for the past few years. I treat with steam, sudafed, etc but always seem to end up on antibiotics.
Any ideas why this keeps happening?

No idea but commenting to Sayo get the same. Every cold I have goes straight to my sinuses and I get vertigo too.
