So I've been on the pill for around 18 months . I don't always get my period but when I do it's very light so it's not easy to track my cycle. I dtd on the 12th Jan. For the past two weeks I've had fairly sore boobs and painful cramping . Tonight I've noticed shooting pains in both legs bad and like a dragging sensation in my pelvis. I've took a test and it's negative. Thinking possible ovarian cyst ?
