Glandular Fever help

Been suffering for almost 3 weeks now...does anyone have any suggestions for help to speed up recovery? I’m sick of waking up and not feeling any better...TIA

An IM Screen blood test confirms this.

Yes tree had the blood test. Dr just said plenty of fluids and lots of rest. That was 10 days ago

There is no magical solution to this one. It's basically rest and fluids and being kind to yourself for a while after you feel better.
